Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager for Property Investment, located in Pasay City. Required to go to the office every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Manager for Property Investment (MPI) is responsible for promoting, managing, and closing property investment opportunities under the SMDC HEIGHTS developments. This role involves strategic sales leadership, investor relationship management, market analysis, and team supervision to drive investment growth and achieve revenue target. The MPI will act as the key representative of SMDC Height's property offerings to local and foreign investors, and even corporate clients.

COMPENSTATION

  • Monthly allowance Php 20,000 to Php 35,000
  • 4 to 5% commission rates
