Job Summary

The Real Estate Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing residential or commercial properties that align with the company's investment criteria. This role involves lead generation, property research, seller negotiations, and managing the acquisition pipeline—all done remotely. The ideal candidate is results-driven, persuasive, and highly skilled in building rapport with property owners and agents.


Key Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify leads through outbound calls, online platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct property research and market analysis to determine property values, repair estimates, and investment potential.
  • Engage with property owners, agents, and brokers to negotiate favorable purchase terms.
  • Manage the full acquisition process—from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for underwriting, due diligence, and closing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and communications in CRM systems.
  • Analyze local real estate trends and provide insights to guide acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare and present property acquisition proposals to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to ensure repeat opportunities.
  • Ensure all acquisition activities comply with company policies and legal standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and online research platforms (e.g., Zillow, Redfin).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Stable internet connection and a reliable home-office setup.
