Business Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Scouts and identifies sites in the most strategic locations.
 - Recommends a good site based on research on the following factors: Key generators in the immediate area, property values, zoning, taxes, population, projections, transportation, traffic volume & patterns.
 - Negotiates with the property owner on the initial terms and conditions and sets reasonable level of rates.
 
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
 - Candidate must at least have 2 years of working experience specializing in real estate sales or rentals, site acquisition.
 - Required skill(s): site acquisition, strong negotiation skills.
 - Candidate must be knowledgeable in Real Estate, Business Relations, and Negotiations.
 - Applicants must be based in NCR who are willing to travel to South Luzon (Cavite and Laguna), while also handling the southern part of NCR (Pasay, Parañaque, Muntinlupa, and Alabang).
