Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (9:00 PM–6:00 AM Philippine Time)

Pay: USD $4.20–$4.80 per hour (₱245 – ₱280 per hour depending on experience)

Elf Christmas Lighting is a fun and fast-growing holiday lighting company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (USA). We create beautiful Christmas light designs for homes and businesses — and our installation crews even dress up as elves

We're now hiring a remote quoter & designer from the Philippines to help us bring holiday magic to life for our clients this season.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Use Google Earth to measure homes and buildings.
  • Calculate project prices by applying our pre-set rates to those measurements.
  • Create Christmas light design renderings using our design software (training provided).
  • Prepare quotes and visual proposals for clients.
  • Work closely with our internal sales and operations teams to ensure accurate details.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for long periods.
  • Fast learner with good computer and internet skills.
  • Good English comprehension (perfect accent not required — internal communication only).
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer that can smoothly run web-based apps.
  • Honest, hardworking, and willing to follow clear instructions.
  • Can work the night shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT).

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (U.S. time)
  • 1-hour lunch break at 1:00 PM CST

Duration

This is a seasonal position from now until early to mid-December 2025.

Outstanding performers may be offered a long-term role in our lawn-care division after the holiday season.

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay between $4.20–$4.80 USD/hour (₱245 – ₱280 PHP/hour).
  • Paid biweekly through Wise
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
