In this full-time position based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Efficiently handle inbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
  3. Actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes, and propose suitable solutions
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 6 Months of experience in a Sales (BPO or NON BPO)
  2. High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate or Higher (With Diploma)
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer inquiries
  5. Proficiency in English and the local language(s) of the region
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  7. Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
  8. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies
