Job Overview

The Sales Associate plays an essential role in supporting store growth by actively engaging with customers, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong product knowledge. This role ensures the store is well-presented, stocked, and operationally sound to deliver a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and aim to exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Review sales trends, customer feedback, and product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide personalized service and accurate product details to customers.
  • Maintain visually appealing, organized, and brand-aligned merchandise displays.
  • Monitor stock levels, anticipate shortages, and request replenishment promptly.
  • Assist in daily store tasks such as housekeeping, labeling, and inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • SHS graduate or College level.
  • At least 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, salesmanship, and customer care skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory procedures.
  • Flexible to rotating schedules.
