Customer Service Associate (Home Appliances Account – After-Sales & Repairs)

Work Location: West Service Road, Cupang, Muntinlupa City

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Associate handles after-sales concerns related to home appliances, including complaints, repair requests, warranty coordination, and service follow-ups. The role ensures that all customer issues are addressed efficiently and resolved within the expected service timelines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and log customer complaints regarding malfunctioning or defective home appliances.
  • Coordinate repair schedules with in-house technicians or authorized service centers.
  • Validate warranty status and process warranty-related documentation.
  • Provide customers with updates on repair status, technician visits, and resolution timelines.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all after-sales cases, including service reports and customer feedback.
  • Follow up pending repairs and escalate unresolved or recurring issues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of repairs, complaints, and service outcomes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service.
  • Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards in handling customer data.

Qualifications:
  • Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate.
  • Experience in customer service or technical/repair coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of home appliance functions and common repair concerns (preferred but not required).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with complaints.
