What You'll Do
  • Assist customers with telco-related inquiries and service concerns
  • Provide accurate product and account information
  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals
Who We're Looking For
  • Completed High School (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School or Higher
  • With at least 6 months of work experience in Sales (any industry)
  • With 6 months of BPO experience (any account)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang
