About the role

Join our dynamic team at MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. We are seeking a talented Blended Non Telco Sales professional to be based in our Alabang office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through a blended approach, combining both inbound and outbound activities. Work alongside a supportive and driven team in the vibrant Muntinlupa City Metro Manila area.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage a blended portfolio of inbound and outbound sales and service calls
  2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide customised solutions
  3. Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service
  4. Accurately input and maintain customer data in the CRM system
  5. Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching
  6. Foster a positive team environment and contribute to the overall success of the customer service department

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a sales non BPO or customer service with any experience role, ideally in the call centre industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficient in using CRM systems and computer applications
  5. A positive, resilient and customer-centric attitude
  6. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
