About the role

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.' is seeking an experienced Non Sales Agent to join our team in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will involve a blended work arrangement, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, both over the phone and through digital channels
  2. Handling a variety of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions
  4. Collaborating with the sales team to support their efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 6 Months of experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry but not required
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide empathetic support to customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications for data entry and record-keeping
  5. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
