  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to deliver client requirements.
  • Meet sales targets and account growth goals.
  • Handle client queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions promptly.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic financial knowledge (for invoicing, collections, etc.).
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several accounts simultaneously.
