The Position: We're looking for an Accounting Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn about the processes behind running a company. You'll be working on a wide range of issues, which provide a good learning experience to hone your skills. You will need strong writing skills, logical thinking skills, attention to detail, and high fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Sending client invoices
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Publish financial statements on time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Process reimbursements and refunds
  • Audit financial transactions and documents

Requirements and Skills

  • Preferably with experience or knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Xero
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Preferable a graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting
  • Knowledgeable with bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable
  • Strong English writing and speaking ability.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability
  • Confidence in learning and becoming proficient in new types of technology, including complicated automation technology
  • Strong ability to manage time well
