Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management (resort or hotel experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in MS Office and sales tools
- Can create and implement sales plans to meet targets
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and with different teams
- Willing to travel for meetings and events
- Resides near or willing to work in West Service Road, Brgy. Cupang, Muntinlupa City
Responsibilities:
- Find and develop new business opportunities to boost bookings and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and event partners
- Conduct sales presentations, site tours, and promotions of resort services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for long-term partnerships
- Plan and execute sales strategies for groups, events, and corporate accounts
- Coordinate with marketing to align sales campaigns
- Track market trends, competitors, and client needs
- Manage inquiries, reservations, and client requests
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Represent the resort in trade shows, networking, and industry events
