Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management (resort or hotel experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales tools
  • Can create and implement sales plans to meet targets
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and with different teams
  • Willing to travel for meetings and events
  • Resides near or willing to work in West Service Road, Brgy. Cupang, Muntinlupa City

Responsibilities:

  • Find and develop new business opportunities to boost bookings and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and event partners
  • Conduct sales presentations, site tours, and promotions of resort services
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements for long-term partnerships
  • Plan and execute sales strategies for groups, events, and corporate accounts
  • Coordinate with marketing to align sales campaigns
  • Track market trends, competitors, and client needs
  • Manage inquiries, reservations, and client requests
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Represent the resort in trade shows, networking, and industry events
