Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruitment Assistant based in the Philippines to join our growing team. As part of a US-based pediatric holdings company, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process for therapists and other healthcare professionals. This remote role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on pediatric therapy staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for therapists including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and facilitating offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team in the US to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Post job ads across multiple platforms and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with onboarding processes and document collection for new hires
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry hiring standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment preferably in healthcare or therapy staffing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working US business hours and in a remote team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience recruiting for therapists or allied health professionals
  • Knowledge of US healthcare staffing practices and regulations
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace Microsoft Office and communication platforms like Zoom and Slack

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, Eastern Time Zone
  • Occasional flexibility required based on hiring needs
