About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage hiring for supervisory and managerial roles within a leading U.S.-based food distribution and manufacturing company.

The recruiter will focus on roles in HR, transportation, and operational leadership, ensuring hiring managers receive highly qualified candidates efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate, supervisory, and managerial roles in HR, transportation, and operations.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business needs, and team culture.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and professional roles.
  • Provide guidance and market insights to hiring managers on recruitment trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects related to process improvements or recruitment analytics.
  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and best practices.

What Were Looking For:

  • 2+ years of U.S. recruiting experience, preferably in corporate, supervisory, or transportation-related roles.
  • Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for HR, management, or professional positions.
  • Strong networking and sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
