Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a staffing or recruitment agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, headhunting).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and MS Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage offers and close candidates.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, recruitment compliance, and employment best practices.
  • Goal-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

As a Jr. Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

· End-to-end recruitment, Conduct Final/Program Specifics Interview of qualified candidates. Evaluate and Assess candidates in a timely manner Assist candidate with Online Based Assessments Onboard successful hires by extending the contract and discussing compensation, benefits and other HR related concerns Conduct individual and panel interviews for Technical.

· Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using news groups and job sites.

· Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

· Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews.

· Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications

· Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with clients and development team to have a full understanding of the position needed.

· Plans the recruitment process, identify lead sources both locally and off shore conducts evaluation process and presents to hiring managers.

· Negotiates the terms of the employment contract with the candidates.

· Proposes ways to improve headhunting and evaluation process.

· Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

· Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

· Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

· Develop & manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers & candidates.

· Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.

· Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management.

· Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the organization
