About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Executive Recruiter to support sourcing top talent for corporate and hospital healthcare roles (non-acute care, non-travel nursing).

This role will leverage the client's AI-powered recruitment platform and sourcing tools to identify, engage, and manage high-caliber candidates. While approximately 20% of your work will involve phone outreach, the bulk of the role focuses on candidate processing, management, and coordination with the recruiting coordinator for interview scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage qualified candidates for corporate and hospital healthcare roles, including nurse managers and healthcare executives.
  • Utilize sourcing tools, AI platforms, Boolean search, LinkedIn, and job boards to identify and connect with active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach and manage candidate communications via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on engagement and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting coordinator to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Screen candidates for qualifications and provide overviews for clinical review where applicable.
  • Support continuous improvement by offering feedback on the recruitment process and tools.

What Were Looking For:

  • Preferably has proven experience recruiting corporate hospital roles, managers, or healthcare executive positions
  • Familiarity with corporate healthcare recruiting and understanding of candidate screening and clinical review processes.
  • Experience with non-healthcare corporate roles (HR, administration) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
  • Proficient with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and AI-powered recruitment platforms.
  • Adaptable, tech-curious, and willing to learn new recruitment technologies.
  • Collaborative mindset and open to providing constructive feedback.
