Job Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: Sales Manager/Director
Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services.
Communicate product benefits and value proposition.
Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Sales Process Management:
Manage sales pipeline and track sales performance.
Follow up on leads and prospects.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate deals and contracts.
- Close sales deals and meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
