HR RECRUITER

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and culture fit
  • Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system for organized records
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
  • Help organize recruitment events and job fairs to attract talent
  • Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must work onsite in Green Sun 2285 Chino Roces Extension, MAKATI.
