Job Title: HR Recruiter
Department: Human Resources and Administration
Reports To: HR and Admin Manager
Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates who align with the company's culture and business needs. This role contributes to organizational growth by ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring of top talent that supports operational efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive talent sourcing and networking.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage candidate databases.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate applicant qualifications.
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements, job offers, and onboarding procedures.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and employee referral programs.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes and reduce hiring costs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requisitions.
