As an Executive Assistant/Secretary your responsibilities are:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business briefs
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables assigned by the CEO
- Coordinate with Managing Directors, Department Heads, and external partners
- Draft communications, memos, minutes, and follow-through instructions
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Conduct basic research and provide summaries for decision-making
- Provide administrative and logistics support for CEO-led activities
- Perform special assignments requiring initiative and analytical thinking
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related fields
- At least 3-years experience supporting a senior executive (preferably C-level)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical mindset with basic business understanding
