WAREHOUSE

  1. Receive incoming orders from external and internal customers

  2. Consolidate orders and clarify items to be delivered

  3. Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries

  4. Assign delivery/pickup stations

  5. Mark inventory with identifying information

  6. Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant department

  7. Coordinate the purchase of new inventory and ensure proper documentation

  8. Assist pick and prepare orders to be shipped / delivered

  9. Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments / delivery

  10. Ensure shipping / delivery counts match the order documents

  11. Process and provide necessary paperwork for shipments / delivery

  12. Coordinate delivery sequence according to orders and balancing weight for appropriate delivery vehicle

  13. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods

  14. Interface with internal/external customers to answer questions or solve problems

  15. Process and coordinate customer returns

  16. Process returns of items from outlets

  17. Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents

DISPATCH

  1. Ensures that all items are properly packaged for shipment

  2. Communicates with other departments to ensure that transportation needs are met

  3. Ensures that the warehouse or distribution center is fully stocked with supplies

  4. Maintains a fleet of vehicles in good working order as well as records associated with vehicles

  5. Provides feedback, when necessary, on timekeeping, vehicle maintenance, and safety records related to trucking operations

  6. Reviews scheduling information for accuracy, checking for overtime compliance, and maintaining records to keep transportation employees

  7. Keeps records of all documentation and documentation related to delivery to help ensure that any discrepancies are addressed immediately

  8. Coordinates with other departments as needed with regard to dispatching, supplies, stocks, delivery/shipment, etc.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Perform other tasks asked by the management for the benefit of the Company.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field

Experience: 1 year experience
