About the Role

A growing brand in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfilment Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

As part of our onsite Customer Service Operations based in Antipolo, you will coordinate with multiple warehouses, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage online orders through Shopify
  • Coordinate and allocate orders to multiple warehouses
  • Monitor order fulfilment and track shipping progress
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in reordering stock
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email for order updates and delivery concerns
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues promptly

Qualifications

Required:

  • Prior experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative

Preferred:

  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is highly desirable
