Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receiving, storage, and issuing of food supplies, catering materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels and update inventory records using manual logs or inventory systems.
  • Prepare items and equipment needed for scheduled catering events and deliveries.
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of food and non-food items, following food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or stock shortages to management.
  • Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles and organizing stock in the warehouse.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse area.
  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and kitchen teams to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; open to fresh graduates
  • Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food services or catering, is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and food safety standards.
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move items (up to [30–50 lbs]).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or inventory software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
