JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : ASSET OFFICER FOR WAREHOUSE AND MATERIALS

Reports to : ASSET MANAGER

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related course

  2. With minimum 3 year of work experience in Asset Inventory, Warehousing, Construction Materials

  3. Preferably from the Construction Industry

Management Competencies:

  4. Effective in planning and organizing

  5. Effective in time management

  6. Effective in leading a team, ability to coach and train

Technical Competencies

  1. Computer literate and familiar on operation and application of the following programs:

a. MS Word

b. MS Excel

c. Inventory System

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of materials.

  2. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

  3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.

  4. Maintain a clean, secured and organized warehouse environment.

  5. Maintaining accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

  6. Ensure inventory levels align with organizational needs.

  7. Ensure policy compliance in withdrawal, return, and transfer of assets.

  8. Monitor stock levels and placing orders as needed.

  9. Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems.

  10. Does the duties and responsibilities of Buyer

  11. Status report of construction and safety materials

  12. Submit all corresponding reports on material inventory and status

  13. Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to function is being regularly monitored

  14. Other duties and responsibilities may be instructed or assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
