About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and administering employee compensation, benefits programs, and government-mandated contributions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update employee compensation records and benefits database.
  • Handle government contributions and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating compensation structures and benefits packages.
  • Prepare reports related to payroll, benefits, and employee attendance.
  • Coordinate with finance and HR departments for payroll reconciliation and budget planning.
  • Manage employee inquiries and concerns regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, rewards, and recognition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
