Sales Development Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team In this role, you'll focus on identifying, creating new sales opportunities across the US and Canadian markets. You'll be responsible for driving pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and managing the early stages of the sales cycle. You'll collaborate with the Marketing, Customer Operations, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless handoff of new customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and qualify contractors who can benefit from our services.
- Run discovery calls to understand customer procurement workflows, pain points, and volume ○ Tailor messaging to demonstrate how the we can solve friction in pricing, sourcing or fulfillment.
- Close inbound and outbound leads, managing the early stages of the sales cycle.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the Account Management team upon closing.
- Keep pipeline data and reporting up to date in HubSpot.
- Provide feedback to optimize outreach, messaging, and sales tactics.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- 3-5 years sales experience with strong outbound prospecting experience.
- Successful track record of driving pipeline growth and closing deals.
- A results-focused approach with strong ownership of your sales goals.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot/Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Amenable working in US Time zone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php105, Php110,000.00 per month
