Job Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Representative responsible for calling home health agencies to market our therapy services, build professional relationships, and help us secure new partnership contracts. This is a full-time position with commission pay for each signed contract in addition to base compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound marketing calls daily to home health agencies and other potential partners.
  • Professionally represent A List Therapy Group and clearly communicate our value and services.
  • Email, edit, and send out partnership contracts and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Research potential business partners using CMS databases, Google, and other online resources.
  • Evaluate and verify the credibility of potential partners before finalizing agreements.
  • Track leads, maintain organized records, and follow through on all assigned tasks.
  • Attend virtual meetings and provide regular updates on progress and performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (fluent with minimal or no accent).
  • Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor.
  • 2 years of B2B Sales/ Marketing experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through.
  • Strong computer skills (minimum 50 WPM typing speed).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and sending professional emails.
  • Reliable and consistent internet connection with no background noise or interruptions.
  • Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time with no power or connectivity issues.
  • Looking for someone eager to grow long-term with the company.

Compensation

  • Base pay + commission for each signed partnership contract
  • Performance-based bonuses and opportunities for advancement
