Zeitro is a U.S.-based fintech startup helping wholesale mortgage lenders close loans faster using our AI-powered platform. We simplify complex underwriting guidelines into instant answers — saving time, money, and stress for lenders.

We're looking for an experienced Sales VA / SDR to drive outreach to loan officers, branch managers, and broker-owners across the U.S.

Your Role

You'll connect with top-producing loan officers and brokers, understand their challenges, and communicate how Zeitro's AI platform solves their daily pain points.

What You'll Do

  • Execute multi-touch outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to loan officers and brokers
  • Qualify interest, educate on product value, and convert prospects into demos or signups
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and referral programs
  • Gather user feedback to optimize targeting and messaging
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and smooth handoffs to the AE team

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in SDR / inside sales (mortgage, LOS, PPE, or pricing engine platforms preferred)
  • Strong understanding of retail and broker channel operations
  • Skilled at building trust quickly with loan officers, brokers, and branch owners
  • Proven track record of exceeding demo or signup quotas
  • Tech-savvy with CRM, automation tools, and outreach sequencing
