Zeitro is a U.S.-based fintech startup helping wholesale mortgage lenders close loans faster using our AI-powered platform. We simplify complex underwriting guidelines into instant answers — saving time, money, and stress for lenders.

We're looking for an experienced Sales VA / SDR who can help us reach out to potential lenders and book meetings for our U.S. sales team.

Your Role

You'll handle outbound prospecting and appointment setting for Zeitro's sales pipeline. You'll be reaching out to key decision-makers in the U.S. mortgage industry through email, LinkedIn, and phone, and help us grow our presence in the market.

What You'll Do

-Research and identify target lenders, brokers, and potential partners in the U.S.

-Send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers

-Make cold calls and follow up to schedule qualified meetings

-Keep CRM records clean and updated (HubSpot or Salesforce)

-Work closely with our U.S. sales team for handoffs and updates

-Provide feedback and insights to help refine our messaging

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience as an SDR / BDR / Outbound Sales VA / Appointment Setter for U.S.-based clients

-Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

-Confident in cold calling and LinkedIn outreach

-Familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar tools

-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and can work independently

-Comfortable working U.S. hours (Pacific Standard Time)

-Experience with mortgage and fintech is a must

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

-Previous work with U.S. SaaS or B2B companies

-Familiarity with CRM workflows and outbound campaign tools
