Aircon Maintenance Technician

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and servicing of air conditioning units (split type, window type, package units, and centralized systems).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Install, relocate, or dismantle air conditioning units as required.
• Monitor and record operating conditions of HVAC systems (temperature, pressure, amperage, etc.).
• Perform cleaning of filters, coils, blowers, and drain lines to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure timely response to service requests and breakdown calls.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Follow safety protocols and company maintenance procedures.
• Prepare service reports, job orders, and documentation of performed works.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other technicians for specialized repairs when needed.
• Assist in other building maintenance tasks when required.

Qualifications:

• At least a Vocational/Technical Course Certificate or TESDA NC II in Airconditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of work experience as an Aircon Technician, preferably in a commercial/industrial setting.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and refrigeration cycle.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and repair of various types of AC units.
• Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.
• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
• With good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
