About the role

As the XIAOMI SUPERVISOR (ROVING) at Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and supervising the team responsible for the installation and maintenance of Xiaomi products across our stores in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that requires your expertise in the construction and retail industries.

What you'll be doing

  • Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of the installation and maintenance team to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
  • Monitor and review the work of technicians to ensure adherence to safety standards and Xiaomi's quality requirements
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team, troubleshoot any issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Liaise with store managers and customers to address any concerns or queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the team's activities, performance, and inventory
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to upskill the team
  • Collaborate with the broader management team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimisation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader in the construction or retail industry, preferably in the consumer electronics sector
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and ensure the smooth running of operations
  • Familiarity with inventory management, quality control, and safety protocols
  • Adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and Xiaomi's product innovations
