  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, elevators, and other building equipment).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair facility-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Respond to maintenance service requests and emergency calls.
  • Carry out installation, adjustment, and minor construction or carpentry works when needed.
  • Monitor utilities consumption and report irregularities to the supervisor.
  • Assist in coordinating with external contractors for specialized repair or maintenance works.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance policies.
  • Maintain records of job orders, service logs, and maintenance reports.
  • Conduct housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of mechanical rooms, maintenance areas, and assigned work sites.
  • Provide support during inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time
