Key Responsibilities & Duties
Employee Relations: Mediating disputes, addressing grievances, and managing employee disciplinary procedures to foster a positive work environment.
Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain and update employee files, attendance records, and HR databases. Prepare contracts, memos, and other HR-related documents. Monitor probationary evaluations, contract renewals, and regularization.
General HR Support: Assist in employee engagement programs and company events. Support HR Manager in implementing organizational projects. Handle other HR-related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized in handling employee records.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Personal Attributes:
Proactive, approachable, and people-oriented.
Can work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to support company events, training, and engagement activities.
- Willing to be assigned in Paso de Blas, Valenzuela
- Can render 8 working hours
- Monday to Saturday
