Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Employee Relations: Mediating disputes, addressing grievances, and managing employee disciplinary procedures to foster a positive work environment.

  • Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain and update employee files, attendance records, and HR databases. Prepare contracts, memos, and other HR-related documents. Monitor probationary evaluations, contract renewals, and regularization.

  • General HR Support: Assist in employee engagement programs and company events. Support HR Manager in implementing organizational projects. Handle other HR-related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and organized in handling employee records.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Personal Attributes:

Proactive, approachable, and people-oriented.

Can work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to support company events, training, and engagement activities.

  • Willing to be assigned in Paso de Blas, Valenzuela
  • Can render 8 working hours
  • Monday to Saturday
