ABOUT THE ROLE

Deus Enterprises Co. is hiring a SALES EXECUTIVE to focus on government RFQs (Requests for Quotation). This role is designed for detail-oriented professionals who can manage the end-to-end RFQ process—sourcing suppliers, preparing accurate costings, and submitting compliant quotations.

The position is mainly work-from-home with occasional field assignments for bid-related activities. This is a great opportunity to build a career in government procurement within a growing, fast-paced, and supportive organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • RFQ Handling & Quotation Preparation – Review procurement notices, prepare accurate quotations, and ensure company-mandated profit margins are applied.
  • Supplier Sourcing & Price Validation – Identify qualified suppliers (local and online), gather item offers, and validate costing against bid requirements.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Maintain records of supplier quotes, product links, and RFQ submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement rules.
  • Monitoring Procurement Sites – Track and evaluate opportunities via PhilGEPS and other government bidding platforms.
  • Coordination & Reporting – Work closely with Manila-based Sales Officers for quotation approvals, daily updates, and remote supervision.
  • Field Support (as needed) – Represent the company for pre-bid meetings, ocular inspections, and submission of bidding documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in RFQ preparation or government procurement is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and PDF tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple RFQs daily.
  • Must own a laptop/desktop with stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps).
  • Familiarity with online sourcing platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Alibaba, Amazon).
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
  • Willing to attend occasional fieldwork within Cebu City for bid-related activities.
