Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, meeting customer needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product/service demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales strategies.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
