Job Title: Solar Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Solar Technician to join our team in South Caloocan City. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems to ensure safe and efficient energy generation. The ideal candidate has technical knowledge in solar systems, hands-on electrical or installation experience, and a commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble, and maintain solar panels, inverters, wiring, and related components.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for installation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and company guidelines.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on solar power systems.
  • Prepare accurate reports of work performed, including testing results and system status.
  • Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and project teams to ensure successful installation and commissioning.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on proper system use and care.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate (Vocational/Technical course in Electrical or Electronics preferred).
  • With experience in electrical work, solar installations, or related technical roles (construction/electrical background an advantage).
  • Knowledge of solar systems, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights or outdoors in various conditions.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a strong problem solver.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work on-site at South Caloocan City and start immediately.
