About the Role

Toyota Mandaue South is looking for a committed Maintenance Staff to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience throughout their vehicle service journey.

What you'll be doing

  • Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
  • Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
  • Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician, including drywall repair, painting, welding, carpentry, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
  • Performs routine maintenance on building systems, including checking of electrical wirings, checking of water system, repairing CCTV camera, inspecting internet connection, cleaning of drainage system, etc.
  • Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
  • Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
  • Cleans solar panels monthly.
  • Checks fire extinguishers monthly.
  • Cleans and installs paint booth filters.
  • Assists sales and service caravan.

Performs other related duties as assigned:

  • Participate in trainings, seminars, and workshops initiated by the dealer and TMP when deemed necessary by the Human Resources and Admin Manager.
  • Participate in kaizen activities and Small Group Activity (SGA) as required by the Human Resources and Admin Manager.
  • Perform tasks, functions, and roles assigned by the Human Resources and Admin Manager.

What we're looking for

  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Must be a professional driver (4 wheels) with valid license
  • With strong experience in air-conditioning systems
  • Knowledgeable in basic plumbing and carpentry
  • Welding and electrical background is a plus
  • Physically fit, hardworking, and willing to work flexible hours
