We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical installations and a passion for renewable energy. As an Electrician specializing in solar systems, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical components of solar energy systems, ensuring they are set up to operate efficiently and safely.

· Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in solar energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, wiring, and electrical components.

· Wire solar panel arrays, connecting them to the main electrical system according to local codes and regulations.

· Troubleshoot electrical issues in solar systems and perform necessary repairs or upgrades.

· Install and configure solar inverters and other related electrical equipment.

· Perform electrical tests on solar components and verify system performance through testing and analysis.

· Collaborate with other solar technicians, engineers, and project managers to complete installations on time and within budget.

· Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, repairs, and service calls.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship in electrical systems or solar technology is a plus.

· With NC II Certificate

· Experience in electrical work, specifically with solar power systems, is highly preferred but not necessary.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.

· Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy solar panels and equipment.

· Physically fit to work outdoors in direct sunlight, with no history of hypertension, obesity, or the need for ongoing medical treatment

Job Type: Full-time
