JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in asset performance, reliability engineering, or maintenance analytics
Proven expertise in Solar PV System monitoring software and troubleshooting
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring and analyzing solar asset performance using predictive analytics and digital tools
Identifying performance gaps, potential failures, and opportunities for improvement
Developing and implementing asset management strategies focused on reliability, safety, and cost-efficiency
Collaborating with operations, maintenance, and IT teams to resolve issues and drive data-driven solutions
