Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on Head of HR to lead and manage our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a strong HR generalist who is equally comfortable managing daily operations and contributing to the strategic direction of the HR function. The ideal candidate is people-centered, process-driven, and capable of leading a team of HR Officers in delivering efficient, compliant, and value-adding HR services.

Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar frameworks will be a significant advantage, as we strive for alignment, accountability, and operational clarity across all functions.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor a team of HR Officers across key HR functions (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, timekeeping, and admin).
  • Coordinate team priorities and ensure timely and efficient execution of HR projects and daily tasks.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the HR team.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of core HR processes including onboarding, employee records management, timekeeping, government compliance, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Continuously review and enhance HR systems and documentation for consistency, efficiency, and legal soundness.

Employee Relations (ER)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
  • Lead due process administration, conduct incident investigations, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and values-driven workplace culture.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll, statutory benefits, and leave management processes.
  • Liaise with Finance and external partners to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely remittances.
  • Evaluate compensation structures to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.

Strategic HR Support

  • Collaborate with company leadership to assess organizational needs and provide aligned HR strategies.
  • Contribute to initiatives such as workforce planning, employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management.
  • Prepare and present regular HR metrics and reports to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR generalist roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in engaging with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Organized, proactive, and confident in presenting data, ideas, and recommendations.
  • Ability to strike the right balance between compliance and employee-centric practices.
  • Preferably with experience working in a dynamic or scaling organization.
  • Familiarity with EOS or similar business operating systems is highly desirable.
