Job Summary:
- The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.
 
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
 - Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
 - Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
 - Provides clerical support to the HR department.
 - Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
 - Post job openings on different portals and conduct initial interviews with applicants.
 - Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
 - Performs other duties as assigned.
 
Requirement and Skills:
- Graduate of BSBA Human Resource Management, BS Psychology or any related course
 - Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources: Recruitment, Labor and Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, Employee Engagement and other Administrative tasks.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
 - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
 - Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
 - Open for Fresh Graduates
