Job Summary:

The Accounting Supervisor (AP) is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and financial records. The role ensures compliance with company policies and supports the finance team in maintaining accurate accounting data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily Accounts Payable operations.
  • Review and verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure timely preparation and release of payments to suppliers.
  • Reconcile AP statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
  • Prepare aging reports and monitor outstanding payables.
  • Maintain accurate AP records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments for approval of transactions.
  • Implement and enforce AP policies and internal controls.
  • Provide guidance and training to AP staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years experience in Accounts Payable; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
  • Proficient in accounting systems (ERP) and MS Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
