The Restaurant Supervisor provides leadership which ensures the achievement of budgeted sales and profit objectives in his assigned store or restaurant by focusing available resources on strategies that will increase customer satisfaction through product quality, good customer service and cleanliness.

  1. Protects and administers company funds and assets under his responsibility and within authority.

  2. Accountable and responsible to outlet's total inventory list, with other member of the Restaurant Management Staff.

  3. Analyzes financial reports and results. Develop corrective action plan when necessary.

  4. Interfaces with all other departments and provides information, assistance and recommendations as needed.

  5. Ensures implementation of company policies, procedures and programs in the restaurant whenever applicable and uses discretion when necessary.

  6. Ensure reports accomplishment and proper documents submitted in time.

  7. Executes new restaurant opening plans to ensure successful opening and in cases of store re-modelling, informs first the Operations Manager and lay down the plan.

  8. Should initiate Maintenance outlet level task limited only on the following:

a. Kitchen equipment – cleaning of burner holes and checking and report burner leaks; (Cooks/Grillers)

b. Electrical works – change busted bulb; (Dining Crew/Background Crew)

c. Plumbing works – replacement and repair toilet seat cover; minor de-clogging of C.R. lavatory; replacement of tank lever for flushing and clean grease trap; (Background Crew/Utility)

d. Airconditioning dining area – checking and cleaning of aircon filter cover; checking and cleaning of IWATA dust filter; checking and cleaning of air curtain filters; checking and replacing of screw table top; (Dining personnel)

e. Roof leaks – check and clean gutter to avoid overflow; (Back counter/Utility)

f. Ice Maker – check and clean ice maker dust filters (Bartender)

  1. Coordinates with Maintenance Department on all restaurant and equipment maintenance needs not mentioned above; (Please see separate page on this)

  2. Ensures proper use of equipment at all time. See to it that safety procedures are followed.

  3. Accomplishes special projects delegated by the Restaurant Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
