
Accounting Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and clerks, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing Monthly FS and Per Branch FS
- Preparing Financial Projections and Analysis
- Review bank reconciliation
- Review and approve journal entries, financial statements, and reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial and compliance audits.
- Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable laws.
- Provide support to upper management with financial data and analysis
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Has at least 3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and has the ability to work under pressure
