What You'll Do

As our Accounting Supervisor, you will take the lead in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising day-to-day accounting operations and the accounting team
  • Reviewing financial documents, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Ensuring timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and schedules
  • Monitoring cash flow, payables, receivables, and expense management
  • Overseeing tax compliance and coordination with external auditors
  • Implementing accounting policies, internal controls, and process improvements
  • Supporting management with financial analysis and decision-making
  • Coordinating with operations, HR, and other departments for seamless workflows

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of PH accounting standards, BIR compliance, and general bookkeeping
  • Experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar)
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-coordination abilities
  • CPA licensure is an advantage but not required
