Job Title:

Accounting Supervisor (Operational Expenses & Cashflow)

Role Overview

We are hiring an Accounting Supervisor with experience in construction, interiors, manufacturing, or engineering accounting.

Your main responsibility is to provide clear and accurate reports on all operational expenses, cashflow and companywide profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Expenses (OPEX) Reporting

  • Track and summarize all operating expenses(salaries, rent, utilities, transportation, office supplies, equipment, marketing, etc.)
  • Prepare monthly OPEX reports with categories and totals
  • Provide year-to-date and month-over-month comparisons

2. Companywide Profitability

Prepare monthly summary of:

  • Revenue
  • Total project profit (data provided by admin)
  • Total operating expenses
  • Net company profit

Prepare quarterly and annual profit reports

3. Cashflow Forecasting

  • Weekly and monthly cashflow projections
  • Monitor incoming collections and upcoming payments
  • Alert management of upcoming cash dips or excess cash periods

4. Accounting System & Reconciliation

  • Supervise the bookkeeper and ensure correct encoding
  • Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements and receipts
  • Verify invoices and match them with approved expenses

5. Financial Reporting

  • Assist in monthly P&L
  • Prepare simple dashboards for management
  • Improve internal financial processes and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3–5 years experience in construction / interiors / manufacturing / engineering
  • Strong understanding of expense tracking and financial reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Experience in cashflow monitoring is a strong advantage
  • CPA is an advantage but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
