We are looking for Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries in both Spanish and English, provide excellent service, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

You will be working in a fast-paced BPO environment, assisting customers from Spanish-speaking markets via calls, chats, or emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely solutions in both Spanish and English.
  • Manage customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels (calls, chat, or email).
  • Document and update customer information, complaints, and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: At least 2 years completed in college (any course).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year BPO experience, preferably in a Customer Service (CSR) or Technical Support (TSR/IT Helpdesk) environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Talent Type: Non-Native or Native Spanish speaker.
  • Shift: Open to shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems and tools.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: PHP 80,000 – 95,000 (depending on experience and account)
  • Language Allowance: PHP 2,500 monthly
  • Other Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and account-specific benefits
