What you'll do:

  • Answer customer calls, emails, or chats in a friendly and professional way
  • Help customers with their concerns and make sure their issues are resolved
  • Provide correct and clear information about products or services
  • Record customer details and updates properly
  • Work with other team members to give the best customer experience
  • Follow company rules and maintain good quality service

What we're looking for:

  • Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
  • College Graduates with/without BPO experience
  • Friendly, patient, and willing to help customers
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changes
  • Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn and grow
