Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing & valid professional license as Registered Nurse
  • Certification as a Safety Officer (SO2) is highly preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role with hands-on responsibility for OSH & government benefits administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, particularly the DOLE Occupational Safety & Health Standards and DOLE BWC Workers' Statutory Monetary Benefits among others.
  • Extensive experience in processing and administering SSS, Philhealth and PAGIBIG benefits and claims.
  • Experience in event planning & employee engagement initiatives is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate safety procedures, benefits information and event details clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization.

  • Proactivity & Initiative: A self- starter who can anticipate needs and implement programs without constant supervision.
  • Empathy & Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality & care.
  • Strong Organizational & Project Management Skills: To juggle multiple priorities from OSH inspections to event planning.
